Sales Executive Jobs

Job Description:

Summary: A sales executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers. Their primary duties include identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products, negotiating prices, and closing sales. Salesmen also maintain relationships with existing clients, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Key skills: communication, persuasion, product knowledge, negotiation, relationship-building, and meeting sales targets

1.Make yearly plan and market study by prepare the yearly, monthly weekly and daily plan which helps to understand the market

2.Achieving and completing the yearly sales target the value and volume of the target.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, expanding the client base by acquiring new clients while nurturing existing ones.

4.Follow up with customer inquiries then quote as per the approved price list.

5.Assist in preparing sales order, production order, Material Requisition (MR) to process for the planning manager.

6.Assisting other department when the case related to the clients and give support when it requires and needed by the management.

7.Follow up the payment to collect all the due amounts, and give all the support to the other departments when it needed.

Support the finance department by communicating with customers, following up on cash sales, and ensuring timely collections in accordance with company policies and procedures.

9.Have a good knowledge in the product by learning and collection data and information to be able to market it and communicated to customers.

10.Being able to get all needed details from customers to be able to serve them and increase customer satisfaction.

11.Comply with and implement the general rules and procedure of IWI.

12.Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

Support the department by gathering information, data, and statistics to assist in preparing comprehensive market research.
